Fuel card for vans and company cars
Your drivers refuel without advancing cash, you set limits for each card, and accounts receive one invoice a month.
A fuel card for vans and company cars replaces receipts and expense claims: each driver refuels with a card linked to their vehicle, the company sets limits and allowed products, and receives one monthly invoice with the VAT for every fill-up.

Truck distance tolls in Germany, Belgium, Austria, Poland or the Netherlands apply to vehicles over 3.5 t, so they do not affect vans up to 3.5 t.
Is it worth it with only two or three vans?
Yes. The saving per litre is smaller than for a truck fleet, but you remove receipts and cash advances, deduct all the VAT and see what each vehicle consumes.
Can I limit what each driver spends?
Yes, by daily or monthly amount, number of fill-ups and product type.
